By booking a session with Kat Evans Photography, you agree to the following terms:

Booking & Payment

• A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your session date and time.

• Session dates are not reserved until the retainer has been received.

• The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for arriving on time and providing accurate location details prior to the session.

• If a client is more than 15 minutes late without communication, the session may be shortened accordingly.

• If a client is more than 30 minutes late, the session may be considered canceled and the retainer forfeited.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• One complimentary reschedule may be granted with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.

• Cancellations or no-shows forfeit the retainer.

• Weather-related reschedules will be accommodated at no additional charge.

Image Delivery

• Edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within the timeframe specified in your contract.

• RAW/unedited files are not included and will not be delivered.

• Final image selection and editing style are at the photographer's artistic discretion.

Copyright & Usage

• Kat Evans Photography retains the copyright to all images.

• Clients receive a personal-use license to download, print, and share their images.

• Images may not be altered, heavily filtered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Model Release

• Unless otherwise requested in writing before the session, Kat Evans Photography reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes.

Liability

• Kat Evans Photography is not responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather, venue restrictions, acts of nature, or equipment failure. In the unlikely event of a total loss of images, liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.
